Stonington, CT – Rollover at Liberty St and White Rock Bridge Rd Results in Entrapment

Stonington, CT (August 5, 2024) – A major vehicle rollover occurred at the intersection of Liberty St and White Rock Bridge Rd at 2:40 p.m. on Monday. The incident led to at least one person being trapped inside the vehicle.

Emergency responders requested a Lifestar helicopter, establishing a landing zone at the park and ride lot near Liberty St and the Westerly Bypass. The rescue operations concluded by 3:53 p.m.
