Bethlehem, PA (August 2, 2024) – A five-vehicle accident occurred on Thursday, August 1, in the westbound lanes of Rte 22 near Rte 378. Trooper Nathan Branosky, a state police spokesman, reported the crash around 12:15 p.m.
Emergency responders quickly arrived to assist the injured. The lanes reopened by approximately 12:30 p.m., though traffic remained backed up in the area, as noted by PennDOT’s traffic website, 511pa.com.
