Request for incident Report

Obtaining a copy of the police incident report is the first step in determining how to proceed after a serious accident.


Unless the release of information interferes with a right to privacy or an investigation, the reports can be attained.

To request an official report from the local authorities, you'll need to have been involved in the incident, be a spouse, immediate family member, or next of kin. There is a fee for requesting and obtaining a report; however, through our resources, we are able to provide a copy of the official report to you at no cost.
