Macon County, AL – Fatal Collision on AL-49 Near Franklin

Macon County, AL (August 4, 2024) – A fatal crash on AL-49 claimed the life of 25-year-old. Trevarian Goodman on Friday afternoon, August 3, five miles south of Franklin. The incident, which occurred at approximately 12:50 p.m., involved Goodman’s Honda Accord and a Ford F-350 driven by 37-year-old James W. Davis. Goodman, who was not wearing a seatbelt, died at the scene. The condition of Davis following the crash has not been released.
