Kansas City, MO (August 7, 2024) – A three-car crash on Tuesday, August 6, resulted in injuries for two individuals on northbound I-35, just south of 95th Street. The incident occurred at 9:24 a.m. when a 2010 Chrysler Town & Country stalled in the third lane and was hit from behind by a 2021 Jeep Wrangler, which was then struck by a 2020 Chrysler Voyager.
The collision caused significant traffic delays, reducing I-35 to one lane for about an hour. Traffic resumed normally by 10:30 a.m. A 51-year-old driver and an 81-year-old passenger received injuries and were taken to a hospital for treatment.
Authorities are investigating the crash and additional information will be provided as the investigation progresses.
