Christiana, TN (August 8, 2024) – A motorcyclist died in a crash involving a Toyota Rav4 on Tuesday evening in Rutherford County. The accident occurred just before 6 PM on August 6 when the Toyota attempted a left turn from Rock Spring Midland Rd onto US 231.
The motorcyclist, identified as 26-year-old Ahmed Abdullah Osman, was traveling south on US 231 on a Suzuki GSX250R and collided with the driver-side door of the Toyota. Osman was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Toyota was also injured and is facing pending charges. The Tennessee Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
