Lysander, NY – Female Bicyclist Injured in Accident on State Rte 370 Near Collington Pointe Way

Lysander, NY (August 9, 2024) – A female bicyclist was struck by a car Thursday afternoon, August 8, on State Rte 370 near Collington Pointe Way. The Onondaga County 911 Center reported the incident around 1:10 p.m. The woman was found bleeding, though the extent of her injuries was not immediately clear.

Authorities temporarily closed the road following the accident, and police tape surrounded the scene. As of 3 p.m., the road had been reopened.
