Snow Hill, NC – Critical Injury in Multi-Vehicle Crash at Oakdale RD & Davis RD

Snow Hill, NC (August 12, 2024) – A multi-vehicle collision on Friday at the intersection of Oakdale Rd and Davis Rd resulted in critical injuries. Juan Jimenez-Flores, 36, failed to stop at a sign while driving a brown GMC truck, colliding with David Rouse’s white Ford. Rouse, 61, is now in critical condition at ECU Health Medical Center in Greenville.

Tammy Howell, 38, subsequently struck Jimenez-Flores’ truck, which was thrown into a ditch. None of the involved drivers were wearing seatbelts. Investigations into the circumstances of the crash are ongoing.
