Council Bluffs, IA – Motorcyclist Found Unconscious on SE Expwy at 23rd Ave

Council Bluffs, IA (August 12, 2024) – A motorcycle accident late Saturday night on the South Expressway near 23rd Ave left a male motorcyclist unconscious. Council Bluffs Police responded to the scene after reports that the motorcycle had veered off the roadway.

Initially, the driver was missing, but authorities later located him nearby, unconscious yet breathing. He was immediately attended to by emergency services.
