The incident, involving a motorcycle and a Nissan Altima, occurred around 1:15 p.m. at the intersection of Ninth Street and East Bell Road. Phoenix Police report that the crash happened when the Nissan driver failed to yield while turning left, colliding with Frazier’s Harley Davidson.
