Phoenix, AZ (August 14, 2024) – A tragic collision claimed the life of 60-year-old Parris Frazier in Phoenix on Tuesday afternoon, August 13. The incident, involving a motorcycle and a Nissan Altima, occurred around 1:15 p.m. at the intersection of Ninth Street and East Bell Road.
