New Canaan, CT – Motorcyclist Injured in Off-Road Accident on Smith Ridge RD

New Canaan, CT (August 15, 2024) – An early morning motorcycle accident occurred just after 1:30 AM on Wednesday, August 14, at the intersection of Smith Ridge Rd and North Wilton Rd. The motorcyclist veered off the road and was found in the grass.

The victim was promptly transported to Norwalk ER for treatment. Details on the extent of the injuries have not been disclosed.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident and expect to provide more information as the inquiry progresses.
