Phoenix, AZ (August 18, 2024) – Four individuals, including two children, sustained injuries in a collision on Saturday night, August 17. The incident occurred south of 35th Ave and Northern Ave around 8:30 p.m. Phoenix police reported that an SUV and a car were involved in the crash.
Three occupants from the SUV, including the two children, were transported to the hospital. One child sustained serious injuries and remains hospitalized. The other child and both drivers received non-life-threatening injuries.
Authorities believe the SUV may have pulled in front of the car during a left turn. The investigation is ongoing, and further details will be provided as the inquiry progresses.
