Jackson County, MI – Child in Critical Condition After Multi-Car Crash on I-94

Jackson County, MI (August 20, 2024) – A multi-car crash on I-94 in Parma Township resulted in injuries on Monday, August 19. The accident occurred around 4:17 p.m. in the eastbound lanes near Gibbs Rd. A 58-year-old man from Concord was driving a white truck when he collided with a silver van and an orange SUV.

A 12-year-old girl, a passenger in the van, was ejected and is in critical condition. Four individuals were hospitalized, with at least one suffering from serious injuries. Authorities do not suspect alcohol or drugs were factors. The circumstances of the crash are still under investigation.
