Elk River, MN – Motorcyclist Injured in Crash at SB 169 & School St

Elk River, MN (August 21, 2024) – At 5:43 a.m. on Wednesday, August 21, a crash occurred at the intersection of SB 169 and School St. Douglas Daniel Pearson, 35, of Elk River, MN, was riding a 2018 Harley-Davidson motorcycle when he collided with a 2007 Toyota Camry driven by Rochester A Watkins, 38, of Zimmerman, MN.

Pearson sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to Elk River Hospital. Watkins and his passenger, Teconblah Terry Watkins, 37, were unharmed. The road conditions were dry. Authorities continue to investigate the incident.
