Gillford Twp, MN – Non-Life Threatening Injuries After Motorcycle Collision on US Hwy 63 near Wabasha County Rd 3

Gillford Twp, MN (August 25, 2024) – On Saturday, August 24, two motorcycles collided on US Hwy 63 near Wabasha County Rd 3 in Gillford Township. Debra Kay Norring, 64, of Lake Elmo, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to St. Mary’s Rochester. 

Her husband, Richard Kevin Norring, 68, who was riding a separate motorcycle, was uninjured. The collision occurred around 2:18 p.m. under dry road conditions. Local emergency services, including Wabasha County Sheriff’s Office, Lake City Ambulance, and Zumbro Falls Fire Department, responded to the scene.

Authorities are investigating the circumstances of the crash and are expected to provide updates as more information becomes available.
