Volusia County, FL – One Seriously Injured in Rollover Accident on I-95 Near MM 272

Volusia County, FL (August 26, 2024) – A 44-year-old man sustained serious injuries in a rollover accident involving two semi trucks early Monday, August 26. The crash occurred around 4 a.m. on Interstate 95 in the southbound lanes near mile marker 272.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a 2018 Chevrolet Impala and two semi-trucks were involved in the incident. The Chevrolet’s driver, a Palm Coast resident, was transported to the hospital with serious injuries.

Currently, the inside lane is open, while the middle and outside lanes remain blocked. Authorities are investigating the circumstances of the crash and are expected to provide updates as more information becomes available.
