Heber City, UT (August 27, 2024) – A motorcyclist sustained serious injuries in a crash on Monday night, August 26, on US-189 near milepost 17. The incident occurred just before 9 p.m. when a Honda Civic reportedly cut off the motorcyclist, a 30-year-old male traveling north. Unable to stop, he was thrown from his bike at 60 miles per hour.
Emergency services transported the man to a nearby hospital. He was reported to be conscious and breathing at the scene. The Honda driver was uninjured and cooperated with the Utah Highway Patrol.
