Horizon City, TX – Injuries Reported in Motorcycle Crash on I-10 & Horizon Blvd

Horizon City, TX (August 28, 2024) – A crash involving a police motorcycle occurred on I-10 near Horizon Blvd. The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office reported that only one westbound lane remains open after the incident near mile marker 35.

Although EPCSO hasn’t confirmed that the crash involved an El Paso Police Department motorcycle, footage shows an EPPD bike being towed from the scene. Authorities have not disclosed the extent of the injuries. Commuters are urged to use caution or find alternative routes as the investigation continues.
