Lake Elsinore, CA – Fatal DUI Accident on I-15 Results in One Death

Lake Elsinore, CA (September 4, 2024) – Melissa Lopez was killed in a two-car accident on Interstate 15 in Lake Elsinore on Monday, September 2. Tudda Tran, the driver of the second vehicle, was arrested on suspicion of DUI following the collision.

Emergency responders arrived quickly and provided aid, but Lopez sadly succumbed to her injuries at the scene. The authorities arrested Tran and are investigating the factors that led to the crash.
