North Haven, CT – Two Critically Injured in Motorcycle and Car Accident on Washington Ave

North Haven, CT (September 16, 2024) – A serious crash involving a motorcycle and a car left two people critically injured on Sunday afternoon. Police closed Washington Ave at the intersection of Bradley St around 4:30 p.m. as they investigated the scene.

The male motorcycle operator and a female passenger were transported to a local hospital with critical injuries. The driver of the car suffered minor injuries and was taken for evaluation.

The intersection was reopened by 8:11 p.m. following an investigation by the South Central Connecticut Traffic Unit. Authorities are still working to determine the cause of the accident. More information will be released as the investigation continues.
