Bremerton, WA (September 29, 2024) – A tragic incident occurred on Friday afternoon, September 27, 2024, when a young boy, aged between 5 and 6, was hospitalized following a bus crash on Chico Way NW. The Kitsap Police reported that the accident took place around 3:25 p.m.

According to the investigation, the boy was in a cart being pulled by another child when the driver lost control. This loss of control caused the cart to roll down a steep driveway and into the path of an oncoming bus. Unfortunately, the bus struck the cart, resulting in injuries to the young boy.
