Austin, TX – Three Injured in Apartment Fire on Northgate BLVD

Austin, TX (September 12, 2024) – A fire at the Avalon Palm apartment complex on Northgate BLVD resulted in injuries to three residents Wednesday night. The Austin Fire Department reported that the fire heavily damaged one unit and threatened to spread to the attic and roof before crews contained it around 10 p.m.

The injured residents are receiving treatment from Austin-Travis County EMS, though the severity of their injuries remains unclear at this time. Investigations into the cause of the fire are ongoing.
