Caln, PA – Multi-Vehicle Accident on Rte 30 Bypass Near 322 Causes Injury

Caln, PA (August 13, 2024) – A multi-vehicle accident occurred Monday afternoon, August 12, on the westbound Rte 30 Bypass near 322. The crash, involving four to five vehicles, was reported at 3:51 p.m. Fire and EMS arrived on the scene, with initial reports indicating unknown injuries. The vehicles were moved to the shoulder, but debris initially blocked the right lane, causing significant traffic delays.

By 4:16 p.m., the road was cleared of debris, and vehicles remained on the shoulder. PSP and PennDOT continued to manage the scene until all lanes reopened by 5:05 p.m.
