Columbus, OH – Fatality in Motorcycle-SUV Collision on N High St and E Kelso Rd

Columbus, OH (August 13, 2024) – A motorcyclist died following a hit-and-run collision in Clintonville on Monday evening. Columbus police responded to a crash between a motorcycle and an SUV at around 7:45 p.m. near N High St and E Kelso Rd.

The motorcyclist, transported to Riverside Methodist Hospital in critical condition, was pronounced dead at 8:30 p.m., according to Sgt. Joe Albert. Officers later located the SUV on Brighton Rd and detained the driver, who was arrested on suspicion of OVI.
