Conway, SC – House Fire on Stillpond RD Leaves One Injured

Conway, SC (September 12, 2024) – A late-night fire heavily damaged a home on Stillpond RD, resulting in one injury and displacement of a resident. Horry County Fire Rescue responded to the blaze at 11:32 p.m. and quickly brought the situation under control.

The injured individual was taken to the hospital, while the American Red Cross of South Carolina is assisting the displaced resident. The City of Conway Fire Department also provided support at the scene. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
