Goodman, MO (September 1, 2024) – Bernard Milligan, 76, of Joplin, sustained serious injuries in a collision on Saturday, August 31. The incident occurred at 2:12 PM on MO-59, half a mile north of Goodman.
Milligan was northbound on his 2014 Harley Davidson when Colter E. Vick, 19, from Goodman, turned left in front of him, causing the collision. Vick, driving a 2016 Kia Forte, was able to drive away from the scene despite extensive damage to his vehicle.
Milligan was transported to Freeman West Hospital in Joplin for treatment. Authorities are investigating the crash and more updates will be provided as they become available.
