Hagerstown, MD (September 10, 2024) – A head-on collision involving two vehicles, one of which rolled over, occurred on Jefferson Blvd (MD64) near Crystal Falls Dr on Tuesday, September 10. Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene at approximately 3:45 p.m.
