Harrison County, MS – School Bus Accident on Coleman Rd Results in Injuries

Harrison County, MS (August 05, 2024) – Three students were injured when a school bus went into a ditch on Coleman Rd on Monday morning, August 5. The incident occurred just after 7 a.m. when the bus moved over to avoid hitting mirrors with an oncoming bus and slid too far into the ditch.

Sheriff Matt Haley reported that the three injured students received immediate medical attention. The other 18 students on the bus were unharmed and remained at the scene.
