Hurricane, UT (September 15, 2024) – A person was critically injured after being ejected from a vehicle in a rollover crash on SR-9 in Washington County late Saturday night, September 14. Emergency crews responded to the scene near milepost 6 around 10:30 p.m. following reports of the incident.
Authorities from Hurricane Valley Fire & Rescue confirmed that a truck carrying two occupants was involved in the crash. One occupant was ejected from the vehicle and transported to St. George Regional Hospital with critical injuries. The second occupant’s condition has not been disclosed.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation, and officials have not provided details about any other vehicles potentially involved.
