Lawrence, MO – Two Injured in a Multi-Vehicle Collision on RT K

Lawrence, MO (August 20, 2024) – A crash involving four vehicles occurred on Monday, August 19, at 3:14 p.m. The incident took place on RT K, five miles north of Aurora.

As vehicles 1, 2, and 3 traveled northbound, they slowed for a turning vehicle. Vehicle 1 hit Vehicle 2, which then struck Vehicle 3. Vehicle 1 continued and collided with Vehicle 4, traveling southbound.

Marci Dawson, 48, and Emily Baker, 51, both suffered moderate injuries. Dawson was taken to Cox South Hospital in Springfield, while Baker was transported to Mercy Hospital in Springfield.
