London, KY – Lowell Carter Dies After Vehicle and Motorcycle Crash at S Main St & Armory St

London, KY (September 11, 2024) – An 84-year-old motorcyclist, Lowell Carter, tragically died after a crash at the intersection of S Main St and Armory St on Wednesday morning, September 11. The accident occurred around 8:11 a.m., involving Carter’s 2020 Can-Am Ryker and another vehicle.

Carter was treated at the scene before being transported to London Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.

The Laurel Reconstruction team is currently investigating the crash.
