Mankato, MN – Motorcyclist Injured in Crash on HWY 14 & Marbel Rd

Mankato, MN (August 12, 2024) – A collision between a Harley Davidson motorcycle and a GMC Sierra resulted in injuries for the motorcyclist on Sunday, August 11. The accident occurred at the intersection of HWY 14 and Marbel Rd in LE RAY TWP, Blue Earth County. Brian Robert Golberg, 59, from Janesville, MN, was involved.

Golberg was promptly transported to MCHS Mankato for treatment. The GMC driver, Robert John Melchior, 84, of Eagle Lake, MN, was unharmed. Authorities, including the Blue Earth County Sheriff’s Office, continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
