Meriden, CT – Serious Injury in Multi-Vehicle Collision on I-91

Meriden, CT (August 12, 2024) – A significant accident occurred on I-91 northbound Saturday night, August 10, involving a 2021 Honda Pilot Touring and a 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe. The collision, a result of the Honda’s involvement in an earlier incident. It ed the Chevrolet to overturn and hit a concrete barrier.

The Chevrolet’s driver sustained serious injuries and was rushed to Hartford Hospital. The front passenger suffered minor injuries and was transported to Yale New Haven Hospital. Meanwhile, occupants of the Honda experienced varied conditions; only the front passenger sustained a possible injury and was taken to New Britain Hospital.
