Middletown, OH – House Fire with Injuries Reported on Manchester Ave

Middletown, OH (September 17, 2024) – A house fire on Manchester Ave early Thursday morning sent one person to the hospital. The fire broke out just before 5 a.m., according to local reports. A resident, Mary King, shared that her son alerted her to the fire in his bedroom, and although they managed to escape, the smoke was too intense to rescue their cats. Their dogs made it out safely.

The condition of the injured person has not been confirmed, and the fire is reportedly under control.
