Apartment fires pose significant risks to residents and can lead to devastating consequences. According to the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), residential fires account for a large percentage of fire-related injuries and fatalities each year.

In Oklahoma, fire safety is crucial, especially in multi-unit dwellings where the potential for rapid fire spread exists. Residents are encouraged to take preventive measures, such as ensuring smoke detectors are functional, having an escape plan, and avoiding the use of flammable materials near heat sources.
