Millsboro, DE (August 3, 2024) – A tragic motorcycle collision at the intersection of Shiloh Church Rd and Rockaway Acres Rd claimed the life of a Georgetown man yesterday morning. Delaware State Police report that at around 8:33 a.m., a Harley Davidson motorcycle, attempting a left turn, was struck by an eastbound Chevy Tahoe.
The motorcyclist, 19-year-old Gabriel Hearn, was ejected and later pronounced dead at a local hospital. The Tahoe veered off the road, hitting two trees; its occupants were unharmed. The area was closed for three hours for investigation, which continues under DSP Troop 7.
