Morgantown, KY (August 13, 2024) – On Monday evening, August 12, a motorcyclist lost his life in a collision on Russellville Rd. The accident occurred around 9 p.m. when Johnathon Williams, 37, attempted a left turn onto Eric Young Rd.
His Jeep Wrangler was struck by a black Harley Davidson, driven by 49-year-old Lincoln Schweizer of Morgantown. Schweizer was pronounced dead at the scene by the Butler County Coroner’s Office. Kentucky State Police, along with the Butler County Sheriff’s Office and EMS, responded to the incident.
Authorities are investigating the circumstances of the crash and are expected to provide updates as more information becomes available.
