Mount Pleasant, WI (September 2, 2024) – An 18-year-old motorcyclist from Illinois suffered life-threatening injuries on Saturday, August 31. The crash occurred around 3 p.m. when the motorcycle collided with a vehicle turning south on Hwy 32 from Sheridan Rd.
The motorcyclist was thrown from his bike and treated at the scene by the South Shore Fire Department. He was later transported to a Milwaukee hospital by Flight for Life. The 61-year-old vehicle driver from Mount Pleasant was not injured.
The Wisconsin State Patrol is assisting with the ongoing investigation into the incident.
