New Douglas, IL (September 11, 2024) – A motorcyclist was injured after a crash involving a semi-truck on New Douglas Rd on Tuesday. Emergency responders, including New Douglas Fire, Olive Fire, and Staunton Area EMS, arrived at the scene to find the motorcyclist pinned under the semi.

ARCH 4 airlifted the injured individual to a nearby hospital for treatment. Authorities are actively investigating the incident, and further details will be released as the investigation continues.
