Norwalk, CA – Pedestrian Fatality on I-605 S at Rosecrans Ave Exit

Norwalk, CA (August 1, 2024) – Early Wednesday morning, a pedestrian was fatally injured in a multi-vehicle accident on the Rosecrans Ave off-ramp to the San Gabriel River Freeway (I-605). The crash occurred at 1:46 a.m. on Wednesday, July 31, in the southbound lanes of I-605 at the Rosecrans Ave exit, as reported by the California Highway Patrol.

The incident led to the death of an unidentified pedestrian. Responding emergency teams arrived quickly but were unable to save the victim.
