Oklahoma City, OK – Shed Fire Leads to Critical Injuries

Oklahoma City, OK (October 5, 2024) – A woman was taken to the hospital in critical condition following a fire that broke out in a shed early Friday morning, October 5. The incident occurred around 9:30 a.m. near Southeast 44th Street and Shields Boulevard, prompting a swift response from local emergency crews.

Upon arriving at the scene, firefighters observed a significant amount of smoke emanating from the east, indicating the severity of the situation. Oklahoma City Fire Department officials reported that they found a woman with burn injuries and provided immediate care before transporting her to a hospital in critical condition.
