Omaha, NE – Critical Injuries Reported in Multi-Vehicle Crash on Giles Rd near 144th St

Omaha, NE (August 18, 2024) – A serious multi-vehicle crash occurred Sunday morning, August 18, on Giles Rd near 144th St. The incident involved up to eight vehicles, though Sarpy County dispatchers confirmed four were at the scene just east of Hwy 50. 

One individual sustained critical injuries and was rushed to the hospital, while another person was transported with serious injuries. Omaha Fire Department provided emergency medical care at the site.
