Omaha, NE – Semi Rollover Causes Injuries on I-680 S to I-80 E

Omaha, NE (August 16, 2024) – A semi-truck rollover on Friday morning, August 16 caused multiple injuries. The incident occurred while the truck was transitioning from I-680 S to I-80 E. Emergency services were dispatched to the scene at 8:10 a.m. and reported that the truck had overturned, with a secondary rollover taking place shortly afterward.

The Omaha Fire Department sent multiple units to handle the situation. Firefighters and paramedics worked to provide medical aid on-site and transport the injured to nearby hospitals. The response teams included Engine 61, Medic 61, Engine 52, and Medic 42.
