Orfordville, WI – Barn Fire with Injuries on Hwy 213

Orfordville, WI (September 9, 2024) – A fire on Hwy 213 in Orfordville resulted in injuries to two individuals. The barn fire destroyed three barns, while local fire departments worked to contain the blaze on Monday, September 9. According to reports, an excavator was brought in to demolish the structure and prevent further spread. 

One pig was reported missing, but the remaining animals were unharmed. Fortunately, the silos were empty, avoiding a more severe disaster. The Orfordville Fire Department and surrounding agencies responded quickly, ensuring the fire was mostly contained.
