Pulaski, MO – Collision on I-44 RD Near the 161 Mile Marker Results in Serious Injury

Pulaski, MO (August 7, 2024) – Kendra S. Pasly, 19, from Westville, IL, sustained serious injuries in a multi-vehicle crash on Tuesday, August 6. The accident occurred on Interstate 44 eastbound near the 161 mile marker. Pasly’s 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan collided with two stopped vehicles due to road conditions, causing a chain reaction.

Gregory F. Hefele, 58, of Fenton, MO, also involved in the crash, suffered minor injuries but sought treatment on his own. While Pasly was transported to Phelps Health Hospital in Rolla by Pulaski County Ambulance District, authorities continue to investigate the circumstances of the crash.
