Smith County, TX – Injuries Reported in Rollover Accident on I-20 Near Brooks Ln

Smith County, TX (August 14, 2024) – A rollover accident involving a black truck and a black SUV occurred on I-20 WB near Brooks Ln. Emergency responders, including SCESD2’s Battalion 2, Engine 128, Engine 122, UT Health EMS, and DPS, were dispatched to the scene at approximately 5:10 p.m.

The extent of the injuries remains unknown at this time. Authorities are investigating the incident to determine the cause and any contributing factors.
