Tinley Park, IL – Fatal Semi-Truck Crash on I-80 near La Grange Rd

Tinley Park, IL (September 15, 2024) – Two people died in a crash involving a semi-truck and a truck-tractor semi-trailer on I-80 early Sunday. The accident occurred just before 4:30 a.m. between La Grange Rd and Harlem Ave in the westbound lanes.

Illinois State Police confirmed the fatalities but did not release further details about the victims. Authorities are still investigating the cause of the crash.
