Toledo, OH – Dirt Bike Rider Seriously Injured in Accident at Nelson Ave and Brighton Rd

Toledo, OH (August 12, 2024) – A dirt bike rider, Seth Perkins, 25, sustained serious injuries after crashing into a car on Saturday, August 10. The incident occurred around 11:36 a.m. at the intersection of Nelson Ave and Brighton Rd. Perkins was performing a wheelie when he failed to stop at a stop sign. Leading to the collision with a northbound car on Brighton Rd. He was transported to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Police have cited him for reckless operation.
