Willington, CT – Injuries Reported in Motorcycle Accident on I-84 West near Exits 72 and 71

Willington, CT (September 11, 2024) – A motorcycle crash on Interstate 84 West Wednesday morning resulted in one person being transported to the hospital. The accident occurred around 9:59 a.m. between exits 72 and 71.

State police confirmed the injuries are not believed to be life-threatening. Although LifeStar was initially requested for the scene, it was later canceled. The right and center lanes of I-84 West were temporarily closed but have since reopened.
